(Jenni) Christmas Jars

I have always wanted to read this book ever since I have heard of it. I happened to find it at the library and got both copies. I thought others in my family would love to read it. I was so glad when I packed them both to take to California. Due to a plane delay my Mom and Brittney read the book in Salt Lake. While I waited in California for my flight, I started it and LOVED it.
It is such a wonderful book, I can't wait to read more of Jason's books.

(Jenni) Awesome Book!!

For my college class I had to read a lot of books. I learned about an amazing author named Brian Selzinick. The book is called The Invention of Hugo Cabret. It has over 500 pages, but the drawing are are so amazing!!! I told Brittney about it and she read it for her class as well. She found out that there is a movie based on the book coming out in a few weeks.
This author has another book called Wonderstuck. I haven't had time to read it, but Brittney and Dalea have. They both really liked it. It just came out this year.

When I went to Grandma Jensen's house last time, I watched a movie with Carl called SOLO. It is about a young mother who flies solo and crashes. I went shopping at the DI and found the book. I read it (Yes, I Read a Book) and really enjoyed it even though I knew how it was going to end.

OK, you know if I read a book it has to be good!!!

I had to go to the dentist and had too much time to kill. I got the bright idea to go to the DI and get a book. Little did I know how much I would learn from reading it. There are so many things in the world today that scare me to death about raising children in today's world. Thayne and I just went and learned about drugs and drinks that are right here in Declo, Idaho. It was so scary and a big eye opener. I wish more people would have been there to be aware of that crap. Anyways, this book is amazing. I am going to include on this post some articles from ensigns that this book includes. Mainly for me because I would like to read them. Great Sunday activity for me right!
